The heritage significance of the old Perron cheese-dairy resides in its authenticity. Since there were no major modifications, the dairy remains a perfect example of cheese-dairies built in Québec rural areas at the end of the 19th century. Going through the “Actions and hours” exhibition in audio-guide format, the visitors will discover the fabrication means and the way of life of those days. Once you receive your code, the audio-guide becomes available on your cellphone or on your computer pad, and this in order to respect distancing. We recommend that you use your own headsets.
