Workshop “Taste the region”: The Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean is a rich and prosperous land due to its northern agriculture. Thus, the excellent quality of hay having has a direct effect on the exceptional quality of our regional cheeses. In this unique workshop you are invited to take part in a tasting trip of products from local artisanal cheese dairies that that we are proud of. Over 16 cheese products are offered for tasting, besides learning more about cheeses. For children who wish to taste, a tasting session was specially prepared for them. A tasting notebook is offered to you and also a special booklet for the children. The entire family will remember this activity something out of the ordinary!
(Because of the restrictive norms from the Public Health due to the Covid, workshops cannot be offered. Consequently, this activity is interrupted for the season 2021).
