From Joseph to Albert

Albert, one of Joseph’s son, acquires the cheese dairy in 1963. Since the installations no longer meet the increasing demand, Albert buys the adjacent property in order to build in 1968 a large, modern and better adapted factory. The old cheese factory ceased its operation.

In 1992, Albert Perron donates the old cheese dairy, with all its equipment and furniture, to a non-profit organization. This will ensure its conservation, and make the building accessible to the public.
