Shortly after buying the cheese dairy in 1917, Johnny Perron adds to the building a second storey to house his family. Then, Joseph buys the dairy in 1920, and indeed, his family of 12 children will benefit from the apartment until 1955. After, they will move into a new-built house on the adjacent lot.
