Adélard Perron and the Employers’ Union

Toward 1889, an association of dairy producers called “Employers Union” hired Adélard Perron since he was one of the first cheese producers in Saint-Prime. The next year, he acquired the cheese dairy and founded the Fromagerie Perron.

From the very beginning, Adélard stands out from the crowd. In 1893, his cheeses are exhibited in Montreal, and at the World’s Columbian Exposition in Chicago.
