The other factory

Joseph keeps his five sons busy with the activities at the cheese dairy. His wife Marie trains her seven daughters in the many household chores. On top of seeing to the enormous needs of a large family of 14 people, they had to feed the employees at lunch time. In addition, they had to wash and hang the factory cloths, such as the tablecloths for the vat, the rags and the sugar and flour bags that had to be recycled into aprons.
