Make Your Own Butter - Musée de la Vieille Fromagerie Perron
The butter making workshop is indisputably the thing to do at the old cheesemaking factory. It is the best way to understand the complexity of milk transformation process. In a thirty-minute workshop you will make your own butter using fresh cream. We recommend that you remove your jewellery and tie back long hair.
