The Old Perron Cheese Making Factory - Musée de la Vieille Fromagerie Perron
The heritage value of the former Perron cheese factory lies in its authenticity. It has never undergone major modification and remains an excellent example of the cheese factories that were constructed in rural areas of Quebec at the end of the 19th century. The exhibition enables visitors to discover the techniques of making mature Cheddar cheese.
